It's been a while since I last had the privilege of connecting with all of you through Honest Talk International, and I want to take this opportunity to reintroduce myself. I am the CEO and Founder of Honest Talk International, I am a certified Health and Wellness and Lifestyle Medicine coach. Honest Talk International is a platform that has always aimed to bring people together, foster relationships, and provide a source of encouragement.
Over the past year, I took a step back from this incredible community. The reason behind my absence was deeply personal. I was grieving the loss of my beloved sister, a journey that required my full attention. During this period, I realized that, as a health and wellness coach, it was crucial for me to honor the grieving process, not only for myself but also for the well-being of my family.
As someone who passionately advocates for health and wellness, I've always emphasized the importance of giving yourself the time and space needed to heal and grow. I've consistently encouraged others to practice what they preach, and it became apparent that I needed to do the same. Grief can be an incredibly challenging and transformative experience, and it was essential for me to walk the path of healing during this time.
Now, as I return to Honest Talk International, I am doing so with a renewed sense of purpose and a deeper understanding of the value of authenticity. My experiences during this period have only strengthened my commitment to helping others on their wellness journey. I am excited to continue our discussions, share insights, and create a supportive space for all of you.
I'm eager to reconnect with each and every one of you, and together, we can continue to build a community that embraces honesty, connection, and encouragement.
