Crystal and Michaela are both so great. They make you feel confident as a woman. Even though I chose a c-section, I was at one time thinking about vbac. They gave me some wonderful information and so much encouragement. If you're ever needing advice these are your two gals to go to.
I felt the whole course was helpful! The course was structured very well. I enjoyed having multi-forms of media for learning, from videos to watch, discussions on FB and live video chats with a group. I cannot think of anything that was not helpful in this course. I could log into the calls from anywhere on my phone. No need to sit in a boring, uncomfortable classroom for extended periods of time.
They're awesome moms, very real, with great coaching and real life experience....X 4!!!!
When I was pregnant with my first little girl any questions I needed answered, Crystal and Michaela were always right there! Once I had her, I knew I wanted to breastfeed but it was so stressful. There again, they saved the day! I breastfed my first little girl for 4 1/2 months and my second for 7 1/2 months! Any help you ever need, never be too shy to ask! They will fix you right up!
I was pregnant with my first (and only) child with no idea what I was doing. I had so many questions and the information on the internet was untrustworthy, conflicting and confusing. I was able to get clear answers from Michaela. She not only helped me learn about my childbirth options she helped me learn how to be pregnant. With her guidance I was able to weed out ALL of the mis-information and the bad advice from well meaning people and focus on what myself and my growing baby needed. My husband and I went through a 12 week Bradley course that was invaluable! Now that she is offering classes online it makes it that much better. If you have the opportunity to learn and take these course DO IT! You will not regret the decision!
Crystal was incredibly patient with me. As a new mom I knew I wanted to breastfeed but I had no idea how hard it was going to be. She stuck with me through every question and every tear. I give her full credit for helping me breastfeed my son until he was 18 months old. She even taught me about essential oils, which have been a lifesaver in helping him sleep. My favorite piece of advice she said was to "give yourself Grace." I try to remember that every day.
