“There must be more to life than this? How can I take care of my family, support the military service and still have time for myself?“
Well, you're only 9 days away from understanding how society has set you up and how you can turn it around and start living your best life.
Michaela Rosales has combined her experiences as a wife, mother, childbirth educator, and labor doula to form Honest Talk International, a community for women to find support, education, and meaningful connections as they transition from one stage of life to the next. As a military family of 5, the Rosales’ have adventured all over the world, creating a new home about every one to three years. With their frequent life changes, the need for a deeply-rooted community with access to educational resources became imperative! Michaela uses Honest Talk International to meet those needs and embrace her passion to help women live confidently.
Through the Honest Talk community, Michaela reaches thousands of women right where they are. With a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Education, 15 years of experience as a birth professional and 19 years as a military spouse, she shares expert knowledge and resources on pregnancy, birth, parenting, relationships, nutrition, fitness, finding your passion, and self-love.
